A 360º home inventory typically takes 1 to 4 hours to complete by our professionally trained staff, each of whom are background checked, insured and bonded.
Our standard TakeStock 360º service begins at $495 including a virtual tour of homes under 3,000 sq. ft., increasing $100 for each additional 500 sq. ft. Feel free to use the calculation boxes on this page for estimated cost. For homes 7,000 sq ft or larger, please call us for a custom quote.
TakeStock 360º Plus includes the above, plus high-resolution photographs of select individual items and collections that reside in drawers, closets and cabinets, such as china, silver, art, jewelry, wine, guns, etc. This is our standard service rate plus $95 per staff-hour (determined by specifics of job).
The TakeStock 360º Premier is our most intensive level of service at a rate of 50¢ per sq. ft. It includes all of the above, but also detailed imaging of virtually every item in the house, if so desired.

TakeStock Services Are Naturally “Zero-Contact.”
Fortunately for TakeStock and our clients, a 360º home inventory does not necessitate the physical touching or handling of items within a home.
Take additional comfort in knowing we adhere to all CDC recommendations, including the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment such as face masks, shoe covers and disposable gloves.
Furthermore, an owner/partner of our firm is always on-site with our trained technicians to ensure standards and quality control, as well as the carrying out of any additional concerns or special requests from the client.
Scheduling your 360º home inventory begins with a brief consultation with a TakeStock Inventory Specialist. This may be conducted over the phone, an online meeting app (we prefer Zoom), or in person/on premise (while maintaining social distancing). Whatever manner in which you feel most comfortable works for us!
